The Senior Company Manager is the most senior crew member at the Experience and line manages the

Company Managers, Stage Manager, Head of Wardrobe, and Show Technician (Heads of Department), supporting them in the leadership, scheduling and wellbeing management of their teams

and overseeing their processes, bible paperwork, payroll, and budgets to ensure a smooth and efficient

operation.

The Company Manager is responsible for leading a cohesive and motivated workplace, fostering a positive and inclusive environment, and ensuring the wellbeing and mental health of all involved. Your ability to handle conflicts with tact and diplomacy, as well as to provide guidance and encouragement, will be essential.

Show Technician

The Paddington Bear Experience

​

The Show Technician is responsible for the technical operations of the show; resetting, troubleshooting and maintaining the set, lighting, video and sound systems as well as a bespoke show operation software.

​
